Mr. Ronald Lee Blanton Sr., 66, of Natchez, MS, departed this earthly life on Friday, March 20, 2026, in Natchez, MS.

5:00pm-7:00pm visitation Friday, March 20, 2026, Serenity Farewell Services, Service Saturday 11:00AM, Bright Morning Star Baptist Church, Natchez, MS, Rev. Michelle Brooks, Officiating. Interment in Grove AME Church Cemetery.

Mr. Ronald Lee Blanton Sr. was born into this world on August 17, 1959, in Natchez, MS, to the late Frank “Colt” Blanton & Celia Haywood-Blanton.

He was preceded in death by 5 brothers: Robert L. Blanton Sr., Marvin L. Blanton, Charles L. Blanton, Woodrow L. Blanton, & Roosevelt “Doc” Blanton; and 5 sisters: Arnetta Blanton-Barnes, Celia Blanton-Banks, Edna Blanton-Washington, Claudia Jones, & Arlena Hawkins.

Ronald confessed to Christ at an early age. He was also a member of Bright Morning Star Baptist Church. He was also a former employee with R.W. Delaney for several years until his health began to fail. Ronald enjoyed hanging with his twin (Richard), shooting pool, going to the casino, listening to music, and spending time with family & friends.

Ronald departed this life on March 20, 2026, at home surrounded by family.

He leaves to cherish his memories. 2 sons: Ronald Blanton Jr. (Jessica) of San Antonio, TX, & Leerondo Blanton of Gloster, MS 1 Daughter: Suezett Blanton of Baton Rouge, La. 1 Grandson: Champ Blanton of San Antonio, TX. 3 Granddaughters: Destiny Blanton & Trennedy Blanton of San Antonio, TX. & Mya Sanxton of Baton Rouge, La. 1 Twin Brother: Richard Blanton Sr. (Geretha) of Natchez, Mississippi. 2 Sisters: Ruthie Tucker (Archie) of Natchez, Mississippi & Alberta Hargrave of Atlanta, Ga. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins & friends.
