Leon Davenport, 86, of Lake Providence, LA, who died on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026, at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe, LA, will be held on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. at General Trass High School, 700 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Lake Providence, LA Burial will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 27, 2026, at the Wilderness Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Serenity Farewell Services. Visitation will be held from 4 until 6 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 25, 2026, at Union Baptist Church, 611 S. Canal St., Natchez and on Saturday, from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the service at General Trass High School, Lake Providence, LA.
