Kayven Barideaux, 19, of Natchez, departed this earthly life on Thursday, June 4, 2026.

Visitation 6:00pm-8:00pm Friday, June 19, 2026, Serenity Farewell Services Saturday, June 20, 2026, 11:00am Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church in Natchez, MS. Interment following in Grove African Methodist Church Cemetery.

Kayven J'Montae Denali Barideaux was born on August 17, 2006, to Venicia Firley and Kevin Barideaux. On June 4, 2026, at the age of 19, he was called home to be with the Lord, leaving behind a legacy of love, hard work, and loyalty.

Kayven graduated from Natchez High School in 2024, making history as the school's first certified welder. With the guidance and support of his welding instructor, Eric Terrell, Sr., and the Natchez-Adams School District family, he achieved a milestone that reflected his determination, skill, and commitment to excellence.

. During his younger years, he played football for the Baton Rouge Colts and participated in the school band. As he grew older, he discovered a passion for welding and entrepreneurship, becoming the proud owner of a business where he dedicated himself to serving his community with pride and excellence. Kayven loved roping, rodeos, horses, trucks, and the outdoors. He especially loved his truck and enjoyed spending time outside doing what he loved most. An old soul at heart, he found joy in listening to blues music and appreciated the simple things in life that made it meaningful. Whether he was working, spending time with family and friends, listening to music, caring for his animals, or enjoying the rodeo atmosphere, Kayven felt most at home doing what he loved.

Among the things he loved most were his horse, Monaleo, and his beloved dog, Izzy, along with her pups. As he would proudly say, they were his daughters. The love and care he gave them reflected the size of his heart and the compassion he showed to everyone around him. Though his life was far too short, the impact he made will never be forgotten. His love, laughter, generosity, loyalty, and unwavering spirit will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
